Keen to give a true taste of authentic Mallorcan cuisine, Mallorca Farmhouses have compiled various recipes on how to cook Spanish fare from simple tapas to traditional Mallorcan dishes, all of which utilise fresh local produce. Alternatively, for those who prefer to put their feet up and be waited on, Mallorca Farmhouses also offer a private catering service. A chef will come to the property and provide a fine dining experience in the luxury, comfort and privacy of the villa or farmhouse. In Throne, the reader is thrust into modern-day Zoomoonda, Africa, where a tragic headline announces the deaths of Zoomoonda’s beloved king and queen in a plane crash, who leave behind the king’s two younger brothers. Prince Fayeem has been a devoted statesman, yet his elder brother, Prince Ajeem, is a world-renowned player. By royal decree, he reluctantly inherits the powerful throne, which is funded by its country’s inexhaustible premium oil fields and generous conflict-free diamond mines.

The major obstacle to Prince Ajeem’s ascent to the throne is General Moammur Gadhafur. He is a brutal, ambitious opportunist who challenges the prince for the throne. The General insists that it’s time to join the Arab Spring and usher in a new era of “democracy.” His wife and campaign manager, Nefertiti, fuels his quest for the throne.

Fortunately, Prince Ajeem has his niece, Princess Akeema, the lone survivor of the plane crash and the only daughter of the king and queen. Princess Akeema is the founder of an elite underground group of girls of color from all over the world known as the ‘NPR,’ Nubian Princesses Rock.  They are skilled archers, savvy computer hackers, trained in special ops, and secret female warriors under princess Akeema’s intelligent lead. Throughout the Royal Millennium Trilogy, they literally prove that black girls rock!

Dignified and strong women of color will also find Petals very empowering. She is a former rose-bearer who educated herself abroad and returned, rising to the ranks of Zoomoonda’s National Security Adviser. Petals has the unique position of respected sage adviser to king-designate Ajeem.
