This workshop utilizes a racial healing curriculum, as defined by the Kellogg Foundation.  Training facilitators will provide participants with opportunities to engage in group efforts to acknowledge the wrongs and group suffering of the past, while trying to address the cumulative and current consequences of those past injustices.
