In this position the incumbent will serve as a senior manager, policy advisor and executive staff official for implementing the National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF). The primary function will be to serve as Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator (FDRC), coordinating with States and Tribes to prepare for a more effective recovery in the event of a disaster.
